Kelleher, House Armed Services Committee, who advised that the Agency bill, HR 7315, pending before the committee had been assigned to Representative Philip J. Philbin's (D. , Mass.) Subcommittee. No date has been set for hearings on the measure. 10.1 called to advise that the Army Adjutant General's Office had been in touc with him regarding a film (possibly classified) which had been requested by Representa- tive Derwinski and which might have involved OSS.
