ATTENTION: Acting Comptroller, Deputy Director for
Science and Technology
SUBJECT: Status of Funds - FY 1972
REFERENCE: DDS&T-398-72
1. Permission is requested to defer a final report
either on unfunded requirements or on any anticipated
surplus of funds until the first week in May.
2. In consonance with DDS&T guidance, OSA has appointed
a survey team to conduct a definitive review of the physical
facilities This team has been charged with
reporting needs ase on several different levels of
operation. It is not expected that the report will be
available before the first week in May; accordingly, we
would prefer to defer a final status of funds report
until that time.
4. At present we have approximatelyl which 25X1A
will be available to apply either to the renovation or
repair of facilities I bor to higher priority items
elsewhere in the DDS .
