REFERENCE: DD/S&T-398-72, Subject: Status of
Funds - FY 1972, dated 5 March 1972
1. Attached hereto are the projected fund
obligations for the for fiscal
year 1972.
2. The obligations through 29 February 1972
are known factors. We have projected our require-
ments for the remainder of the fiscal year based on
our current usage and increasing operational require-
ments. The small personnel services deficit is
attributable to the recent federal pay raise which
we had not anticipated. Although our recent operational
activities have shown a rising TDY requirement, our
travel surplus should enable us to comple the
year within our total current authorization of
