1. The subject review of the .BEDS was prepared by
DIA using a prey oeasly approved JAEIC report as a basis.
051 assisted in the preparation of the ILIA report and
JAEIC provided comments on that report, all of which wett-
incorporated by ILIA. Consequently, we are in full agree-
ment with the report and with its implicit conclusions
are gratified that Admiral de Poix also supports these
conclusions.
2. The ideas presented in the DIA report are not
now but they are expressed in a different forrat that may
be useful for some purposes. We suggest, therefore, that
all and DIA be commended for their effort and that
Agency join in supporting the conclusions of the report
those expressed by Admiral do Poix.
