1. Attended the weekly meeting of the committee preparing for the Clark
Task Force, (See Memorandum for the Record.)
2. I approved of Ed Saunders notifying the parents of that
he owed us $391 and asking that they do anything they could to collect it for us.
3. I gave Ed the paper which I had received from the Office of Personnel on
additional allowances and asked him to comment on it and return it to me soon.
!t. Attended a Project Review Committee Meeting at which the following pro-
jects were approved:

S. At the Deputiest Meeting I explained to the group the pros and cons of
taking over the GPO Printing Plant in South Building and merging it with our own
Printing and Reproduction Plant After a brief discussion the Di-
rector approved of taking this action if we could work it out with the Joint Com-
mittee on Printing and the Government printing Office.
