1. Conferred with Messrs. about the Adminis-
trative Planning Staff and believe that we have a common,un erstanding as to
what is desired, knows what personnel he wants and., if possible,
would like ace in the reflecting pool area. I made arrangements for him to
talk to about his personnel and sace re uirements. We will issue
an Agency o ce early next week announcing duties.
