a meeting at ]1:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning in the Director's Conference Room con-
cerning the ttMaritime Training Program." He said that Mr. Wolf had been invited
too. Your calendar is marked.
25X1A9a 2. Your good friend called in connection with making out a travel
voucher on his recent trip. He said that he had gone over the standard per diem
allowance and was not returning as much money out of the $500 as he would if he had
been able to stay within the usual allowance. I suggested that he not submit the
usual travel voucher to Finance Division,, but., rather,, submit a memo to you list-
ing his expenses and enclosing the balance of the $500. Said he would do. (Was
