25X1A9a 3. Met with f General Services, of 25X1A9a
25X1A9a CAO/DDP's Office, and Chief of the Records Integration Div sion, o dis-
cuss a Records Management Survey now in pro ess in the RI Division. It was agreed
25X1A9a that and his Assistant, should proceed with this Survey,25X1A9a
working a minimum of two full days per week. Even at this rate it Will probably be
25X1A9a February before the Survey is completed. - is to furnish a full-time liaison
man to work with them. I emphasized that differences of opinion should be settled
on the spot where possible and that upon the completion of this Survey RI should be
let alone for the foreseeable future.
t. Made arrangements to meet and two of his assistants on Tues-25X1A9a
day, 25 November, to discuss Political and Psychological Warfare reproduction re-
quirements. 25X1A9a
5. Discussed the new proposal for Group Health Insurance with Gen-
eral Counsel's Office, and Ed Saunders, as well as Mr. Wolf. Concluded that even
25X9A2 though some = deep cover people in the Agency might eventually be without proper
insurance as an over-all Agency proposition it was proper to proceed with the new
plan. Instructed Messrs. Saunders and _ accordingly. 25X1A9a
25X9A2 6. f OSI telephoned to ask what action was being taken to pre-
25X1A6a serve the DD I elements of the -mission. I told him how this over-all prob-
lem was proceeding but asked him to call for further details. 25X1A9a
7. Asked Ed Saunders to prepare a reply to the latest letter from
