1. reports that the repair work at the Personnel Pool started
todai. It cm sts of plastering, painting, and a general clean-up. I agree
with that we should not spend any more money than is necessary here
since PBS has indicated that we may not be able to occupy this building beyond
1 July 1953.
2. -Spent considerable part of the day working with General Davison., Ed
:Saunders, and Bill Peel on a staff study to be presented to the Director on the
subject of personnel ceilings.
