d. 8.3237 - Life Insurance Bill - Memo from Personnel
to legislative Counsel routed thru you recommends the
Agency's support of this bill which provides for con-
tinuance of Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance
in those cases where an employee is disabled beyond a
period of 12 months. Technical interpretation of the
Insurance Act of 1954 precludes coverage after 12 months
without salary. Forwarded to Legislative Counsel
