1. By telephone I discussed with I and
25X1A9a I lof the FE Division, the purchase of a house in for
*25,000. Since we could not contact the Bureau of the Bu ge or per-
mission, I approved of this purchase, with the understanding that
would notify them on Wednesday, 26 December, that since we had to consummate
the deal prior to 31 December, we did not feel we could wait to obtain their
permission.
