1. Met with Ed Saunders andi to discuss the reluctance of the
Bureau of the Budget to sign off on our apportionment request. Also talked to
Bob Macy, Bureau of the Budget, about this and have set up a meeting with him
on Friday to pursue the matter further. The Bureauts reluctance to sign off
stems from their disapproval of our anticipated use of the Contingency Reserve.
