1. I asked to investigate a report which I had received to the ef-
feet that three CI employees were in some sort of difficulty with the police in the
vicinity of Hogates Restaurant last Friday night. He reported back that these three in-
dividuals were not CIA employees but "intelligence agents" on a legitimate mission.
The police are fully aware of the situation but will not divulge their names or the
agency to which they belong.

- an ex-employee who is an attorney for a Mr. - formerly employed in

some time ago. Mr.asks to have Mr.-reinstated or that we. take other
appropriate action for what he alleges is the injustice done to Mr. = I agreed
with Kirk that he should handle this case.
