5. I talked to about ssuming his duties as Special
Support Assistant to the DD/S on 15 March and he was agreeable; however, he said 25X1A9a
that had not talked to him about this before. He also concurred in the
assignment of as Deputy Director of Personnel. I advised him of my 25X1A9a
proposed trip to Europe sometime during April.
