1. Met with Jim Garrison and to discuss the additional workload which
the new Bulletin is throwing on our "Q" Building reproduction plant. Approved of putting
seven more positions in this plant subject to a management study which I directed John

3. Matt Baird advised me that son of General -
had been approved as a JOT. I told him that I would mention this to the Director.
