He was very pleased. 2. At the Deputies' Meeting: a. Mr. Dulles said that his annual briefing of the National Security Council on Clandestine Activities was now scheduled for 16 December. c. Mr. Kirkpatrick advised me that Admiral Conolly and General Cassidy 25X1A6a now plan to go to on 9 and 10 December. They have no objection to Bob Macy, Bureau of the Budget, going along at this time; however, in view of the fact that we would not put on a night demonstration for them I think that I will probably let Bob go ahead with the group which is going on 1 December. 3.
