Approved For Release4001/03/30 SEnI TP76-00183E 0300020221-6 25X1A DD/S 26 June 1958 25X1 A9a 1. tipped me off that we might get a complaint from the Society for the Blind in the State of Virginia because we are not planning to have them operate the concessions in our new building. Apparently they have taken this matter up with the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, and H. S. anticipates that we may hear something more about it. I think we can handle this if and when it arises but we could well come in for some adverse publicity. 2. I talked to George Carey, ADO, and Larry Houston concerning a lawsuit in 25X1 A6a which our is about to become involved. I approv#'bf paying off not to exceed $1, 500 if this matter could be settled out of court. 25X1A9a 25X1C10b rl 3. in, Chief of our Communications setup in was in and we 25X1)A6a discussed the probable necessity of relocating some of his facilities within the next p four years. He said that this matter was under careful study both by Communications 111 and the Division but he thought it was too early to undertake any negotiations for new sites. Part of the problem is a olic determination as to what our future role from 25X1 A9a this area in the field is going to be. 25X1A9a 25X1A9a 4.
