Matt Baird telephoned to suggest that I call a meeting with him and Dr. Tietjen in attendance to discuss the Inspector General's report on the Assessment and Evaluation Staff insofar as it pertains to closer coordination between that Staff and the Psychiatric Division. (In this connection, I would like to follow up about once a month on the action which has been taken as a result of this report.) W 25X1A9a 2. At equest I agreed to supply the joint Disarmament Study Group with a cleare about three weeks. 3. Ed Saunders advised me that he had made arrangements with the Bureau of the Budget to turn in old money and withdraw new money in an equivalent amount for Stock Ac- count #2. He is writing a memorandum to the Director of Logistics on this subject, how- ever, and when it is written I wish to call a meeting in order to discuss the desirability of obligating these funds during the current fiscal year.
