1. I met with Jim Garrison, -, and to decide on procedures
for responding to the Inspector General's Survey of the Office of Logistics.

2. Ed Saunders, , John Tietjen, Emmett Echols, and
I had our monthly meeting with Mr. Kirkpatrick on problems facing the Agency. It was
decided that only one copy of the minutes of these meetings would be kept and that copy
would be located in my office. (Emmett, however, is to prepare the minutes.) Ed
25X1 A Saunders had asked to discuss the Project Review Committee procedures and the setting
up of special support organizations such as DPD and WHO I expressed the view that
we should not waste our time with these problems at the moment; a month or two later
may be a different story, however. In any case Kirk is now inspecting DPD and insofar
as duplication of Support Services is concerned he is going to look at this most carefully.
