I visi with Jim Garrison and They have more that tedeop eon the job, and it is indeed a busy p a While the progress chart shows that they are about on schedule, they point out that they have allowed no credit for materials on order or on sight which really represents progress. In short, they believe that they are a little ahead of schedule, and everyone is opti- mistic that the building will be ready in December without any question. 2. I toured the space of the Office of Personnel and saw most of their people under normal working conditions. They are quite crowded; however, the working conditions appear to be efficient with one exception, i.e., there is very little privacy for interviewing, counseling, etc. I hope that we can rectify this situation sometime in the future. 3. I had another long talk with Emmett Echols about possible reorganization of the Office of Personnel and the assignment of some additional have asked him to think in terms of Messrs. 25X1A9a and to give me his recommendations as soon as possible as to what he would like to do .
