Bob Bannerman advised me that he was ready to discuss the GEHA insurance paper generated by the Office of General Counsel. I told him that I would set up a meeting. 2. Having heard of a great deal of interest and hostility on the part of the Clandestine Services regarding the OTR move to the Broyhill Building, I 25X1 A9a telephoned in Matt Baird's absence and emphasized to him that OTR must not fan this fire. He assured me that they had not and would not. I also 5X1A9a called and told him that I would be happy to discuss this situation with him if it would serve any useful purpose. I also requested, however, that he read the paper which we have prepared for the Director sum- marizing our space situation. 3. Colonel John Wafters, 25X1 A9a James Lincicome, and Joseph Hogg, of Motorola Corporation, were out to lunch with and me. They are conducting some kind of survey on Government interest in a ig -speed readout device. We told them that we would be glad to cooperate, and Joe will follow through. X1 25X1A9a 25X1 A6a 5.
