Bob was pleased to hear this since this whole program is of great interest to the Office of Security. 7. Bob Bannerman reported to me that General Carter had upheld Bob's position in their meeting with Bud Wheelon yesterday about CIA personnel being made witting of NRO projects. 25X1A9a 25X1A6a 8.
