"Intelligence Gave" pulled together by the Office of Training
in response to a request by the Director of the CIA Operations
Center, who has indicated that he had zone discussions with the
DCI on this program, which is also of interest to General
2. While I am quite willing to provide this limited preliminary

cuts, and I have been stressing that their manpower and resources

I have some reservations on the long-term value of this project, but
would solicit your views on its substantive merits before there is any
significant expenditure of money, manpower, and resources.
