Approved For.Qolease 2002/06/04: CIA-RDP76-00561$000100040200-9 8 January 1974 TO DIRECTOR OF FOREIG/MISSILE AMY SPACE ANALYSIS CENTER I thought you might like to know that the Manage- ment Committee, chaired by Carl Duckett but with General Walters present, spent about one hour on Monday, 7 January, discussing the report submitted by the Personnel Approaches Study Group. Fred Janney and myself were in attendance, both to brief on the report plus carry on the predictable discussion. With only minor exceptions the report was accepted and approved by the Management Committee and the authors were commended. The Director of Personnel has now been asked to undertake the necessary implementing action and, additionally, submit to the Management Committee a draft of a proposed Employees Bulletin which will communicate this development throughout the Agency. Our respective membership on PASG was a time- consuming detail and one that demanded much from all of us. I know you will be as happy as am I that the results have been so favorably received and I wish to personally express my appreciation to you for your assistance and even perhaps, at times, forbearance. sociate Deputy Director for' Management and Services ADD/M&S:JFB/ms (8 Jan 74) Distribution : Orig - Adse (Mr. David Brandwein Director of Foreign Missile and Space Analysis Center Rm 1D1617, ?Hqs) 1 - JFB Chrono / Approved For Release 2002/06/04: CIA-RDP76-00561 R000100040200-9
