The following proposed revision of the Porsonne
Monthly Strength Report is sent for your perusal and, if you

comments.
. 1 should like to call Your attention to the l
once of the first paragraph. It is my understanding
with the definition that any contract a ploy en
velvo months does not. meet the definition of
"permanent" but is still viewed by then as "temporary." I do
not believe this to be a supportable position on their part,
and perhaps you and I should consult on the matter.
