nant military ranks attending NWC, ICAP, and the senior military
schools are senior field rank, i.e., Lieutenant Colonels,
Colonels, and Navy counterparts. If we believe our Senior
Seminar is somewhat an in-house counterpart to those other
establishments, maybe we are targeting at the wrong group a
our sights should be more closely focused at the GS-lS level.
After you have had your in-house discussions, please
know when we may sit down and kick this around a little bit.
