Meeting with DD/MMS Office Directors
Erich:
1. Attached herewith are a nzber of memos which reflect
the , ts, experiences, or problems of various Offices in the
Management and Services Directorate in areas relating to cover.
Some of these issues are obviously more significant than others,
but I do feel that an open exchange of views on 16 August 1974
will be therapeutic for all parties concerned. The item on training
cuts across the Directorate and appears to have generated the most
interest.
2. 1 have arranged to have these cos pulled together in a
listing of nine topics, which might be used as an agenda for our
meeting. As was mentioned earlier, are not limited to this, and
you might feel free to focus on any area where we might improve com-
ications or develop a better understanding of the cover problem.
