agreed that where we felt the information required by GSA was
sensitive, he would be willing to come out to be briefed
orally on the matter. lie understood that we were not using
security as a means of not complying with Federal iernment
regulations and that we would be in a position to demonstrate
this to his at our mutual convenience.
