1. Interest in Cost-of-Living: The number of phone calls
o Retirement Affairs Division requesting information on the new
law pertaining to cost-of-living increases has reached a very
high peak. Primarily, they are asking for general information
not requesting specific annuity estimates.
V. Award for IC Staff Officer:
T been awarded the Joint Services Commendation Medal by the
Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency for his services from
January 1970 to July 1973 with DIA.
