bership of ExCom, management of NRO, the possibility of an NSCID,
et al. It was agreed that a full Board hearing on NRO at the August
meeting might be premature. Mr. Byers, however, will give some
thought to a letter to me expressing the Board's interest in. the subject
and the hope that it could be kept aware of any major developments. I
said that such a letter would seem quite appropriate. We may then have
a full Board hearing on the matter at a later date, in August or such. I
agreed to pass the Board's concern on to Secretary Schlesinger.
