1. Congress has appropriated to the Central Intelligence
Agency, by the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 1956, a total
of $5,5000000, $3,000,000 of which is for the development of
detail Plans and Specifications, and $2,500,000 for the con-
struction of the George Washington Memorial Parkway.
2. It is requested that funds be allotted, and allotment
advices be issued to the Building Planning Staff as follows:
a. Detail Plans ,and Specifications $750,000
b. Roads 250,000
