Jim Kronfeld called me. He is meeting
with the staff of the Senate Committee on
H. R. 16373, the privacy bill.
He is holding the line for our Agency exemption.
Still many problems to resolve.
If they get a bill this Congress it will be without
a conference and by direct floor amendment.
