QUARTERLY REPORTS TO THE
INTERAGENCY CLASSIFICATION
REVIEW COMMITTEE
By memorandum dated December 28, 1972 we circulated to you certain
reports instructions and forms established pursuant to Section X C
of the National Security Council Directive of May 17, 1972. We also
indicated that the prescribed forms would be promulgated as Standard
Forms early in 1973. This action has now been completed.
Our previously circulated Letter of Instructions remains unchanged.
Several minor improvements have been made based on comments from
several departments or agencies. Chan es in the December 28th re-
ports are indicated by-underlining. D_eletj,oaa are indicated by an
asterisk in the right hand column. The attached forms have been
revised to conform with the changes in the text.
