SUBJECT Withdrawal of Authority to Dispose of Records
REFERENCE My memo dated 15 August 1973
1. It has been determined that only a portion of the records
in the Military Personnel Records Center at St. Louis has been
destroyed. Accordingly, the Archivist of the United States lifted
the restriction on disposal of records that was imposed on 23 July
1973.
2. The suspension will now apply only to the records indicated
in the attached GSA Bulletin FPMR B-40< Your records should reflect
this change.
