ORANBUM FOR: Director of Personnel
1. George Carver gave the attachment to the Direc-
tor at a recent Morning Meeting. A short discussion took
place on the matter George raises in his memorandum. The
Director then switched the thrust of the conversation and
asked me to interest myself in the pros and cons of
collective awards ceremonies as opposed to the individual
type we conduct. He, and several others at the table,
seemed to express a mildly sympathetic lean toward collectiv!
ceremonies.
2. Would you and your colleagues apply your impressive
intellects to working the problem and let me have your mental
regurgitations.
