to accomplish the approvals reflected above. OJCS ane.
are authorized to pursue the space expansion and the
utility acquisition portions up to the point of sisaing
contracts. Such contracts cannot be signed until we $1c
assured the availability of PI' 76 mails. In this
connection, it is requested that OJCS and OL again review
the absolute necessity for the two, uninterrupted power
sources celled for in the utility plan. If any options
to this can be developed, I would appreciate there beiq:,
presented to AO within about two weeks.

organise the discussions on the priority control plan.
