As a matter of fact, it is just conceivable that we might be faced with an FOIA request for all of Ix writings while serving as Special Counsel to the Director. If they have not been classified as in the present case, what is the basis of refusal for such requests; client relationships, executive privilege. It would be a nice starting place for writing a book.
