as the Intelligence Panel which is sponsored by the
institute of Politics of Harvard University. The Panel
is chaired by Frank Lindsey. Others serving on the Panel
include: Professor Graham. Allison, Professor Bareeda,
Mr. Bator, Morton Halpern, Mr. Hyma-i, Milton Katz,
Professor Ernest May, General Robert Persely, Walter Slocomb,
Jonathan Moore and Bill Casey.
Some members of the Panel have had one meeting with
Biil Mill
er and Senator Mathias of the Senate Select
Committee and plan to meet each Monday with the aim of

iling a report by the end of December. According to
this Panel has written previous reports and was
not set up at the instigation of the SSC but will pre-
sumably make its findings available to the committee.

Since the SSC is seeking advice on major issues on
many fronts, there may be nothing mysterious in this. We
