the Chief of the Counter-Intelligence Staff to testify
before an Executive Session Hearing to be held on November
14th at 2:00 p-.m. on the subject of counter-intelligence.
The topics of this Hearing will include:
,1) The }*hilosophy of counter-intelligence;
2) Changes resulting because of new personnel in the
Counter-Intelligence Staff;
3) Methods of operation in counter-intelligence.
