Braswell already has the unclassified paper on food production. 6. LLM) LIAISON In response to her earlier inquiry, called Jean Stultz, Office Manager in the office of Representative Charles Diggs (D., Mich.), and told her I would perhaps be of greater assistance if I could get the background for her question. When she said she was not given any background by Mr. Diggs, I told her that both the Deputy Director for Intelligence and the Deputy Director for Operations had components which deal with the subject of South Af.rica.. 7, LIAISON Frank Buigi, GAO, called reviewing his conversations with Mr. Cary concerning access to Agency documents in the Kennedy and Johnson Presidential Libraries. He appreciated that in order for the Agency to authorize the release of these documents, we would need to identify the specific Agency documents involved.
