I also dropped a blind memo on Multi- Spectral Scanning at the office of George R. I3ercles, on the staff of the Subcommittee on International Security & Scientific Affairs, House Committee on International Relations. 5. INTEL BRIEFING -- ANGOLA Charles Snodgrass, House Appropriations Committee staff, referred to a New York Times article indicating that the United States Government come out to the Agency (27, 28 or 29 December) for a day with the NIO's. He wanted to start with George Carver and then chat with each NIO available. He was more interested in substance than how the NIO system. works. He wanted a bit more time with the NIO's coverir 25X1A 25X1A since he will be going to these places i6 ;fa.n.uary.. After checking witli orge Carver, we determined that the timing was bad.
