Senator Humbert Humphrey Minn.) and he said there would be no
problem in our placing Senator Humphrey' s letter to the Director on
our bulletin board.
I also asked him if the Senator might like a briefing prior to his
trip to to viet Unix Spiegel said it was his fault that he did not
get in touch with us earlier as he was sure the Senator would have
appreciated a briefing but that he would be in touch with us upon the
Senator's return.
