the office of Representative John Breckinridge (D., Ky.) regarding an
April 3rd Washington Post story by Victor Zorza entitled "Soviets Glitter
in Gold." Zorza makes references to a CIA publication on Soviet hard
currency reserves, and Congressman Breckinridge would like a copy of
