the staff of Representative Thomas S. Foley (D. , Wash. ), to tell him that
I had arranged a briefing for him on Sotii&f aricl,lf-?rn, scheduled for
May 6th at 2:30 p. m. He said that was fine and that a Mr. Dayle Henington,
assistant to Representative W. R. Poage (D., Tex.), would be coming with
him.
