Hicks (D. , Wash. ), to clarify whether the Representative still wanted the follow up briefing on chemical warfare in addition to the one given to him several months ago. I explained to Krepon that I had not heard from him and wanted to be sure that the "ball was not in our court. " He made it clear to me that they have not yet decided whether they want the briefing and will call back. 19. (Unclassified - FMC) Received anoth.er call from Lisa. in the office of Representative Jack Brooks (D. , Texas), who said she had tried the DOCEX Program at the Library of Congress in order to acquire a.copy of the publication, "Potential Implications of Trends in World Population, Food Production and Climate" but was unable to get any help from them.
