LEG.I_SLATION Doug Lea, Counsel, Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Constitutional Rights, called and asked if I would come down in the next few days to discuss with hi.in and other staff people the Agency's problems with pending criminal justice information leg.islation. We arranged for a meeting on Monday, October 6. Ile also asked if he could obtain several more copies of Where's What. He asked finally if the Agency had decided on whether to provide a witness to the hearings on the electronic surveillance technology being held by Senator Joliri 'Tuniney (D. , Calif. ).
