SENATE SELECT COMMITTEE TO STUDY
GOVERNMENTAL OPERATIONS WITH RESPECT TO
INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITIES
1. Arrangements have been made for the issuance of a
special badge to staff members of the Senate Select Committee
who will be involved with Central Intelligence Agency matters.
This badge will facilitate their entrance to, and movement
while within, the building. The badge contains the staff
member's picture on a blue border with red letters SENATE
COMMITTEE across the top.
2. The staff members understand that they are to restrict
their unaccompanied movement to the area of their assigned room,
2E 45 Has, and to and from the North Cafeteria. During normal
working hours they will use the Main Entrance to enter and exit
the building. Separate provision for building access will be
made by the DCI/IC.Select Committee Coordinating Staff for week-
end and holiday periods, as necessary.
3. All contacts between Select Committee staff members and
individual offices or personnel of the Agency will be arranged
by the Select Committee Coordinating Staff, located at Room 7E 19
Has. Any Agency employee contacted directly by a Select Com-
mittee staff member should refer the caller to the Select Com-
mittee Coordinating Staff,l I STATINTL
