Extract from Morning Meeting Minutes of 5 October 1971
The Director noted his prior conversation with the DD/S about
procedures for handling various types of cables and records manage-
ment in general. He explained the need to avoid a future records
management problem and noted the considerable work which has
already been done to reduce holdings. He requested that the Acting
Inspector General have two inspectors review the current program
and recommend how it might be improved.
