OG -20-1 for the purpose of sponsoring, developing and executing the 3reer Service Program of the Office of General Services* The 0GS Career Service Board has held two meetings to date. The minutes of these meetings reflect the various rotation assignments and training programs establisheed. However, it has not been practical to begin tl rotation assi mments to date due to workload volume, administrative commitments, and general lack of sufficient personnel in the Office of General Services? employee has been selected by the Board to fill the one career service slot assigned to the Office of General Services and it was originally planned that his rotation would begin la November 1952. However, due to the workload in his Branch, this date will of necessity have to be changed and the rotation temporarily delayed. Supervisors in 005 were indoctrinated by the Office of Training in the preparation of the Personnel ' ` valuetion Report Forms during the week beginning 22 September 1952. An .valuations Officer was appointed, the system has been implemrented, and substantial progress is being made, 5. A Training Liaison Officer was desiiated F-4 ve.ous training Programs already in practice in the Office of amoral Services have been continued and additional ones planned, The Training Liaison Officer is in the process of preparing a brochure of the training program to be followed for each rotation assignment. 6.
