study, for passing to appropriate Liaison Services. Each copy is accompanied
by a blind memorandum for use by Stations in passing the study. The memorandum
briefly describes the study and requests pertinent information,
reference to the requests made of Liaison Services. Accordingly, you are requested

a. Cite in the -outgoing dispatch a suspense date by which Headquarters desires
to receive a report on the given Lia? ervice's response to the request
for information proper to a given ftistudy. It is requested that the
suspense date be sixty (60) days from the typing date of the outgoing dispatch.
(This easily provides a full month for Liasion Service action on a request
passed in the Field.)
